Welcome to Ulearn Academy. By using our online learning platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms are intended to be consistent with applicable law in Thailand and Myanmar, including principles of electronic transactions and consumer protection.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details secure. Use of the platform is subject to your compliance with these terms.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not share your account, use the platform for any illegal purpose, harass others, or upload content that infringes intellectual property or is harmful. Students, instructors, and administrators must use the platform in good faith.
Payment and top-up policy
Course purchases and wallet top-ups are processed through our manual bank transfer system. You must complete payments according to the instructions provided. Once we confirm receipt of payment, your wallet will be credited or your course access will be activated. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, time limits, and the review process are set out in our Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property and use restrictions
All course content, materials, and platform design are owned by Ulearn Academy or our licensors. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials. Recording or screen-capturing course videos or content for distribution is prohibited. You may use materials only for your own learning in accordance with your enrollment.
Certificates
Digital certificates issued upon course completion are non-transferable and intended for the registered learner only. They may not be sold or used to misrepresent your identity or qualifications. Certificates are issued for verification purposes and professional use as described on the platform.
AI-powered learning assistant
Our platform may include an AI-powered learning assistant. Use of this feature is for personal learning support only. You must not use the AI to generate content for submission as your own in assessments or to circumvent platform rules. We may collect usage data to improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. We will act in accordance with applicable law and, where appropriate, give notice before terminating access. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and, where you are based in or access the service from Myanmar, by the laws of Myanmar to the extent applicable. Both jurisdictions' principles on electronic transactions and consumer protection are respected where relevant.
Dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute. If we cannot resolve it informally, disputes may be referred to the courts or dispute resolution mechanisms in the jurisdiction applicable to your use of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ulearn Academy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or inability to access courses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to cloud-hosted content or third-party services.
