Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for course purchases or wallet top-ups on Ulearn Academy. Our practices are consistent with consumer protection principles applicable in Thailand and Myanmar.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests may be considered for: (1) Course purchases — where you have not substantially started the course (e.g. no or minimal lesson progress) and you request a refund within the time limit below. (2) Duplicate or erroneous payments — where we can verify that a duplicate or incorrect payment was made. (3) Technical failure — where our platform clearly prevented access to purchased content and we could not resolve the issue. Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited, except in cases of duplicate payment or clear error.

Time limit for refund requests

You must submit a refund request within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of purchase or top-up. Requests received after this period will not be considered except where required by law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Non-refundable conditions

Refunds will not be granted where: you have completed a significant portion of the course or have downloaded or been issued a certificate; the request is made after the stated time limit; the purchase was made with wallet balance that was previously topped up without a timely refund request for that top-up; or we determine that the request does not meet our eligibility criteria. Chargebacks or disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

Refund review process

All refund requests are reviewed manually. You must contact us at support@ulearn-academy.com with the subject "Refund Request", and include: your registered email, the order or transaction reference, the reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots or details. We will acknowledge your request and respond with a decision within 7 (seven) business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method or wallet credit, as applicable, within a reasonable timeframe.
